Auden believes the emphasis of personal training is on “personal.” He makes a commitment to provide a service that focuses on the individual and his/her needs without spending long hours in the gym. Auden strives to encourage, support, and challenge his clients to feel strong, confident and he creates fitness programs they truly enjoy. He believes that exercise enhances every aspect of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Auden has found that core coordination and strength, along with a "CLEAN" nutrition program are key components to include in every fitness and wellness program in order to maximize results.
